Refund Policy

1. Automation Strategy Calls
Our initial strategy and discovery calls are 100% free. There is no cost, so there are no refunds needed for these sessions.
2. Custom Setup & Development Projects
Before we begin building your n8n workflow systems, we sign a detailed work agreement. This agreement specifies the milestones, deliverables, and payment terms.
Because custom workflow setup involves active consulting hours, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel a project mid-way, you only pay for the milestones we have already started or finished.
3. Server Setup Packages
If you purchase a server setup package and we cannot connect to your cloud network (due to technical limitations or cloud provider blocks), we will refund 100% of your setup fee.
4. Support & Maintenance Subscriptions
We charge for monthly support at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel your monthly support plan at any time. Once canceled, we will not bill you again, but we do not refund partial months that have already started.
