1. Terms of Engagement

By browsing this website (n8nera.dev) or contacting N8N Era for consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners.

2. Scope of Services

N8N Era provides custom software engineering, API integration, operations auditing, and n8n platform setup. All custom integration services are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) signed by both parties before project kickoff.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless defined otherwise in writing in your SOW, all custom integrations, Javascript files, and n8n JSON schema configurations designed specifically for your business operations become your intellectual property upon final project payment.

4. Platform Warranty and Third-Party APIs

We construct integrations around third-party REST and GraphQL APIs (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe). We are not liable for operational failures, connection drops, or database errors caused by third-party software updates, rate limit adjustments, or platform outages.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes, claims, or actions relating to this website or our consulting services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
